Innovative Italian Company leader worldwide in the design and implementation of complex technological systems in the Metering field commissioned us to research the INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The role will report directly to the CCO and will be in charge of the re-organization of the sales structure of the plant located In Germany. The person will support to identify and execute directly or with the support of the sales team new business opportunities within Germany and new countries.

Main tasks:

-monitor and possibly identify new business opportunities into the markets mentioned;

-analyse the local market situation, understand its needs and be able to build strong relationships with new potential clients as well as providing high attention to the consolidates ones;

-cooperating in close contact with Company’s Marketing and Technical Team for discussion, support and training, proposing also the clients’ needs and eventual future product needs;

-being always present at the sector’s events, building relationships with the decision-makers of potential customer companies;

-executing strategic business roadmaps in order to achieve company’s growth targets.

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Engineering or Economics and owns a deep knowledge of the reference sector and products (Metering) or comes from companies specialised in equipment/systems for water supply and distribution or for civil and industrial water treatment. He/She ideally has excellent presence, commercial propensity, communication skills and predisposition to initiative as much as leadership.
