EMEA FP&A – Financial & Planning Analyst
Structured Multinational American Group, leader in their business sector, with multiple manufacturing and commercial plants located worldwide, is searching for the EMEA FP&A Expert. Place of employment: Emilia Romagna and Triveneto, the office will be based in one of the Group plants located in the areas indicated. The job position can offer the possibility to work from home.
The aim of the role is to perform FP&A activities required for budgeting, forecasting, strategic and operational planning and for each month, quarter and year-end financial closing. The resource will be an addition of critical value to the EMEA FP&A team. He or She will lead management of processes and analysis which increase profitability, maximize cashflows and reduce risks through accuracy of all forecasts and budgets, whilst ensuring there is regular and systematic financial reporting to the business which is timely, insightful and forward-looking, aligning with the business objectives.
The key activities of the role would include:
Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies across the EMEA projects and the operational functions
Provide in-depth analysis of risk and opportunities, sales performance, pricing trends and business direction with a more direct focus on one or more EMEA markets
Identify trends and analyze key metrics and present findings to Senior FP&A Manager
Establish strong relationships with the EMEA FP&A and regional Controlling teams to ensure transparency and timely reporting
Partner with key stakeholders to solicit feedback to develop and implement step-level improvements to enhance the efficiency and productivity of reporting
Identify and implement improvements to monthly/quarterly variance analysis of results against the Budget and prior Forecasts
Monthly tracking of SG&A&CAPEX status to ensure the compliance with the budget targets
Oversee and manage the Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Analysis continuous improvement process
Distribute, manage and elaborate database regarding products and customers to ensure a consistent information flow within the organization
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes and in the improvement of procedures and supporting tools
It is also required to have a solid experience in the role, in complex and dynamic contexts. The resource must be fluent in English. The ideal candidate is a highly-driven person, good at prioritizing his/her tasks and meeting deadlines, is highly committed, accurate and assertive with very good communication skills.
